you can use any of your favorite topping or icing, one of my favorite is Cream Cheese Frosting, here&#039;s the recipe, give it a try:

1/2 cup of butter room temperature
8 oz of philly cream cheese room temperature
2-3 cups of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

with an electirc mixer, mix the butter and cream cheese together, about 3minutes on medium speed or until very smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix, slowly add the powdered sugar, keep adding until you&#039;re happy with the sweetness. Apply to carrot cake.</description>
